FILM: developing a pitch

Before we started our film we developed a pitch whereby we came up with different names for our short film such as:
The Bully

Territory warzone

Bad Night Sleep

at first we worked with the title Bad nights Sleep which was predominantly for 17-20 year old males and initially we only had one character for our short film who was worried about his upcoming exam the following day to take his mind off the exam he did various activities in the house such as tidying up the place we also wanted to show how the character had a disorder such as O.C.D

We changed our title from Bad Nights sleep to Insomnia.

FILM: Researching other short films

This is one of the short films that we used as research for our short clip watching this gave us an idea of making our clip different from the others and making a clip that no one would think of

I like the use of camera angles and the editing pace of the short film for example the close up shot of both the men in the train looking at each other.
